Maison Coco is back - updates
Coco House, version 2026
Good morning,
This site had been in dire need of a real overhaul for some time.
Maison Coco has changed a lot in recent years. Our projects have evolved, our way of working has too, and our vision of what we want to build in Japan has become clearer over time.
The website, however, had lagged somewhat behind.
So we started all over again.
Not just the colors or the images, but also the way we present our services, our projects, our approach and the different ways of working with us.
Today, Maison Coco is structured around four main stages:
Understanding : clarifying a project, a region, a lifestyle, a budget, before even looking for a house.
Buying : research, select, visit and support throughout the entire acquisition process.
Renovating : organizing and monitoring a renovation project with the right craftsmen, builders and suppliers.
Living : maintaining, understanding, and enjoying a Japanese home once it has truly become yours. Maison Coco is for:
Those who still dream of a project in Japan and want to know where to start;
People who are looking to buy a house, to live in it, to stay in it or to develop a project;
Owners who wish to renovate, maintain or better understand their property;
Entrepreneurs and project leaders who need local support;
Foreign companies seeking a French and Japanese contact person for their projects, establishment or support of their teams in Japan.
The site will also very soon host our e-shop , designed as a natural extension of all this: objects, textiles, books and Japanese pieces that we come across in our daily lives and that we want to share.
You will also find a journal in the form of a blog (you are currently in it) , resources, our appearances in the press, our videos and the different places to follow our projects.
The main idea was to create a site that better reflects who we are today: clearer, more precise and more comprehensive, but also easy to navigate.
There are probably still a few small things to adjust, a website is never really finished... but we are very happy to finally be able to show you this new version.
Thank you to those who have followed us for a long time, who have waited patiently while Maison Coco changed shape, and welcome to those who are arriving here for the first time.

Welcome to Maison Coco, version 2026.
