A new questionnaire to better understand your project:

One question comes up very often!

"How can I work with Maison Coco?"

Until now, requests have been coming in from all over: by email, Instagram, contact form, sometimes with a lot of information, sometimes simply with a phrase like "Hello, I'm looking for a house in Japan"...

And naturally, this made the initial exchanges quite long, both for you and for me.

We have therefore created a contact questionnaire specifically for people who genuinely want to work with Maison Coco.

The idea is very simple: before offering you a consultation, support, or providing you with our rates, we need to understand your project to some extent.

Where are you at today? Are you already looking for a house? Do you already have a region in mind? What is your budget? Is this a project for a primary residence, a second home, a business activity, or simply an initial thought process? (...) In short, as you will have understood, the questionnaire allows us to gather this information from the outset and to read your project as a whole before responding to you.

This is not an exam, and you don't need to have all the answers.

You could very well still be at the stage:

"I have an idea, but I don't know yet if it's realistic."

This is precisely a situation in which we can help you.

When should you fill out the questionnaire? If you wish to:

a diagnosis or initial opinion on your project
get a quote
organize a consultation
search for a house
to be accompanied during a purchase
prepare or follow a renovation
to receive support after acquisition

So the questionnaire is a good starting point.

" What if I contact you directly by email? "

Our standard contact form remains available for general inquiries, partnerships, press or other questions.

However, for any request concerning a real estate project or Maison Coco support, we will refer you to the questionnaire so that everyone starts with the same information.

This allows us to respond to you in a much more relevant way and avoids ten emails just to understand the basics of the project.

Once the questionnaire has been sent, we will read your answers and get back to you with the most suitable next steps within a reasonable timeframe of one to two weeks.
